4.1 Billing

By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual).

4.2 Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4.3 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments unless required by law.

4.4 Price Changes

We may modify pricing. Changes take effect at the next renewal date, and we will notify you in advance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Republish Plate Index data without permission
• Use the platform for unlawful activity

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

Plate Index provides:

• Pattern analytics
• Category-level metrics
• AI-generated estimates

6.1 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• Data is complete
• Data is accurate
• Prices, patterns, or estimates reflect true market value
• Historical records include every sale

6.2 AI-Driven Features

AI insights, pattern analysis, or pricing estimates are informational only, not verified valuations.

You agree to use all information at your own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

• Data
• Analytics
• Code
• UI/UX
• Charts
• Plate formats
• Logos and branding

belongs to Plate Index or its licensors.

You may not copy, sell, resell, publish, rent, or commercially exploit Plate Index content without written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit feedback, feature requests, bug reports, or other content, you grant Plate Index a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for product development.

You retain copyright over your own submitted content, but we can use it for improving the platform.

9. Availability & Modifications

9.1 Platform Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee:

• Continuous access
• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free performance

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

9.2 Beta Features

Some features may be labelled as "beta", "experimental", or "preview". These may change or be removed without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

• Inaccurate valuations

• Outages or downtime

• Indirect or consequential damages

In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (if any).

12. Termination
